BELLEK BÜTÜN KAPILARI AÇAR
Taş, içinde belleğin katmanlarını temsil eden cam plakalar taşır. Bu kırılgan ve geçirgen katmanlar üst üste gelerek yeni bir yapı oluşturur. Çalışma, hem insan belleğinin hem de taşın temsil ettiği dünyanın belleğinin yapısını yansıtır; bu yapı, hatırlamanın bölünüp yeniden biçimlendiği bir yarık açar.
EN▴ MEMORY OPENS ALL DOORS The stone carries glass plates that represent layers of memory. These fragile and permeable layers overlap to form a new structure. The work reflects the structure of both human memory and the memory of the world represented by the stone; this structure opens a rift where memory fractures and reshapes itself.
FR▴ LA MÉMOIRE OUVRE TOUTES LES PORTES La pierre porte des plaques de verre qui représentent les couches de la mémoire. Ces couches fragiles et perméables se superposent pour former une nouvelle structure. L’œuvre reflète la structure à la fois de la mémoire humaine et de la mémoire du monde représenté par la pierre ; cette structure ouvre une faille où la mémoire se fracture et se recompose.
