EN ▴ ANOTHER WORLD WHERE THERE IS GRAVITY. In these works, the stone is approached both as a memory image and as a part of the world. It is shaped to fit into a jar for preservation, symbolizing how memory or experience must conform to the mind to be stored. The work reflects that memory is inherently fictional and constructed in the act of recollection.

FR ▴ UN AUTRE MONDE OÙ IL Y A LA GRAVITÉ. Dans ces œuvres, la pierre est abordée à la fois comme une image de mémoire et comme une partie du monde. Elle est façonnée pour s’adapter à un bocal afin d’être conservée, symbolisant la manière dont la mémoire ou l’expérience doit se conformer à l’esprit pour être stockée. L’œuvre reflète que la mémoire est, par nature, fictive et construite dans l’acte de se remémorer.
